DUBROVNIK
Dubrovnik, Pearl of the Adriatic is a stunning example of a walled medieval city located in an incredibly beautiful setting with the waters of the blue Adriatic Sea lapping at its gates. The city contains such a wealth of beautiful and historic art and architecture, that it has been declared a UNESCO world Heritage Site.

KORCULA
Picturesque Korcula is surrounded by medieval walls topped by round defensive towers. It is said that the intrepid explorer Marco Polo was born here and you can visit the charming villa that was his home. Here too you may see the famous Moreska Sword Dance commemorating the historic battles with the Turks.

SPLIT
Another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Split’s history dates back to the Roman Era. A fine example of this period can be seen in the Emperor Diocletian’s Palace dating from the second century AD.

SIBENIK & KRKA
Located at the mouth of the Krka River, scenic 11th century Sibenik is a typical Mediterranean town with a wonderful collection of beautiful and historic fortresses and churches including its greatest monument, the 15th century Cathedral of St. Jacob. Further up the river is the Krka National Park, famed for its beautiful series of cascades, whirpools and waterfalls.

ZADAR & KORNATI ISLANDS
The Kornati Archipelago boasts a collection of over 100 islands, mostly uninhabited and each fascinating and unique. Some are desolate, low-lying sanctuaries for birds, others lush and green and still others have perpendicular cliffs rising from the sea. We cruise through this amazing region to the coastal city of Zadar, which retains its Romanesque appearance and has, as its most imposing monument, the 9th century Church of St. Donatus.
OPATIJA
With its lovely villas, lush semi-tropical vegetation and seaside promenade Opatija evokes memories of the 18th and 19th centuries when it was a haven for European royalty.
PULA & ROVINJ
The glories of ancient Rome can be found in Pula including Triumphal Arches, Temples and one of the world’s best-preserved Amphitheaters. Just north of Pula is the small town of Rovinj with a string of lovely wooded islets facing its harbor. Enjoy the sun and sand on a delightfully secluded beach.
