All prices quoted in this flyer are based on airfares, land rates and exchange rates in effect January 2007 and on group rates of 32 passengers or more. LISBON/FATIMA
Arrive Paris at 11:00am and connect with AF1624 departing at 12:45pm, arriving Lisbon at 2:15pm. After checking through immigration, please proceed to the exit door and meet your tour escort for a panoramic tour of Lisbon including the Basilica of St. Anthony, St. Jeronimo’s Monastery and Belem Tower. Continue to Santarem, one of the oldest cities in the world and home to one of the oldest Eucharistic miracles. Arrive Fatima late in the evening.

FATIMA
We spend two days in and around Fatima. In the Cova da Iria, we visit the Chapel of the Apparitions, the Basilica with the tombs of Francisco and Jacinta and Monument to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In Aljustrel and Valinhos, we see the two homes of the little shepherds, Stations of the Cross, site of the first and third visit of the “Angel of Peace”, site of our Lady’s fourth apparition. We stop at the Parish Church and the cemetery where Francisco and Jacinta were once buried. After dinner at our hotel, join pilgrims from around the world in the nightly rosary and candlelight procession.

FATIMA/NAZARE/ALCOBACA
Today we visit the beautiful town of Nazare and later to Alcobaca to see the Monastery and the Real Abadia de Santa Maria de Alcobaca. Return to Fatima for an afternoon at leisure. Thursday, September 18, 2008
FATIMA/COIMBRA/SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Depart Fatima and drive towards Spain. We stop in Coimbra for a short visit of the convent and church overlooking the city. Then to Santiago de Compostela that was the most popular pilgrimage destination outside of Rome and Jerusalem during the middle ages.

We will spend the day in Santiago in religious activities at the Cathedral, where the relics of St. James, the Apostle, are enshrined in the crypt located below the high altar. Attend the pilgrim’s mass and participate in religious activities.

Our day in Madrid will take us on a panoramic tour of the city that includes Calle de San Bernardo, Plaza de Espana with its monument to Don Quijote, Calle Princesa, the Ciudad Universitaria, Casa de Camp; the Royal Palace, Calle Major and the Prado Museum.

Today we drive to Toledo, located on the Tajo River and visit its famous fortress the Alcazar, the synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca, the Plaza de Zocodover, the Museum of Santa Cruz and enjoy walking in the old city and shopping for gold and silver works.

MADRID/ZARAGOZA/BARCELONA
Drive to Zaragoza and visit the Shrine of Our Lady of the Pillar, the second most popular pilgrimage site in Spain. Visit the magnificent altar in the Basilica, built on the site where the Blessed Virgin appeared to the Apostle James. We see the Chapel of the Virgin marble statue and numerous chapels and artworks inside the Basilica. Continue to Barcelona for a panoramic tour of the city with its elegant tree-lined Ramblas and Plaza de Catalunya, historic buildings and the Church of the Holy Family. Continue to Montserrat.

MONTSERRAT/LOURDES
This morning we visit Montserrat and the sanctuary of Our Lady of Montserrat to visit the Monastery and see the statue of Our Lady and the cave where tradition says that the statue was found. Then we drive towards France and on to Lourdes. After dinner, join pilgrims from around the world in the nightly candle light and rosary procession.

LOURDES
During our stay in Lourdes, we will visit the historic and spiritual sites associated with Bernadette, the visionary child of Lourdes. We begin at the Grotto of the Apparitions, and then continue on a guided walking tour visiting the Basilica of St. Pius X, Boly Mill, Soubirous family home, the Basilica of the Rosary, Miraculous Spring and the healing baths. After dinner join pilgrims from around the world in the nightly rosary and candlelight procession.
